NSA Toner Payment Policy:

National Sales Associates is strictly a wholesale distributor.  We do not sell to the end user.  In order to use our website, you must be a registered reseller with NSA.  To become a NSA registered reseller, please contact us at 866-670-2345. For resellers, Net terms, Visa, or Master Card must be established or on file to access our website. Orders may be placed online, emailed to your sales rep, or customer service representative, faxed, or called in. You will receive a confirmation for all orders placed with NSA.

New customers must download and submit a Credit Application.

A Resale Certificate must accompany the returned Credit Application.  

Credit Application approval typically takes up to one week, during this process a credit card can be used for payment.  

NSA accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

International Orders must be prepaid via Wire Transfer prior to shipment.

We do not accept COD orders.

$5 fee for orders under $100 and minimum order fee of $50
