National Sales Associates Quality Control Standards for Toners

All products are manufactured at an STMC certified factory under the ISO 9001 global quality system and ISO 14001 global environment system. Our remanufactured cartridges only use thoroughly inspected virgin cores to ensure the highest quality color output and OEM equivalent page yield. All toners are designed to meet OEM standards. We use components from high quality suppliers, such as SCC, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.

Materials Inspection

• All materials are visually inspected and measured to ensure that the size, appearance, and structure are up to our specifications.
• Our technicians inspect, clean, and discard components accordingly to ensure the raw materials are fit for manufacturing and remanufacturing.
• 100% of raw materials are inspected
• All materials that pass inspection are sent to the manufacturing department.

 

Manufacturing Inspection

• Each cartridge is inspected by the workers on the assembly line.
• Cartridges are sampled and tested randomly during manufacturing.
• Testing results must comply with a defect rate of less than 1.5%
• Toners that do not pass manufacturing inspection are reworked.

 

Packaging/Final Inspection

• Toners are packed with a silica bag and air bubble to protect the cartridge during shipment.
• 5% - 15% of the final product is spot checked to ensure that the product meets OEM specifications.
• Toners that do not pass final inspection are reworked.
• If the defective rate from the spot check is unacceptable, the entire batch is reworked.

 

Shipping Inspection

• 5% of toners are spot checked by Quality Control Supervisor before proceeding with shipment.

 

* Please Note: Some toner powder might leak from the toner cartridge due to changing air pressure during shipment. This does not necessarily mean the toner is defective. If this happens, use a damp paper towel to clean the exterior of the cartridge before use.
