We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from National Sales Associates. Most products can be returned for either a Credit Memo or replacement of the same item. RMA requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return freight. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to insure that your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify your return. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA. Please make sure the toner you are returning is NSA’s, please see pictures of identifying code tags. You can fill out the attached RMA request form and fax to 866-670-2346 or send via email, or contact Customer Service at orders@nsainc.net with any questions.
2. NSA will send UPS tags for you to return the product to one of our warehouses. Product must be packaged securely, preferable in original toner package. If a cartridge is received that is not properly packaged, incurring additional damage or leakage of toner, in some way preventing evaluation, credit will not be issued. A sample print page illustrating the issue should be included in the carton. Your RMA will be received and reviewed. This usually takes 3-5 business days from receipt of product to RMA approval.
3. Resolution: If you requested a replacement, we will ship the replacement immediately upon RMA issuance, however credit will not be generated until your return is received and approved. You will receive an email with a copy of the credit memo, and it will be applied immediately to your open invoice for the replacement shipment.
If you requested a credit memo, you will receive an email with a copy of the credit memo and we will wait on your instruction to apply the credit to an invoice on your account.
